Renew Wellness of the Main Line, LLC offers individual therapy services specifically for adults aged 18 and older, residing in Pennsylvania and New York only. In addition to individual therapy, the practice can provide psychosocial assessments that are required during the pre-surgical period for bariatric surgery candidates. These assessments help ensure patients are emotionally and psychologically prepared for surgery, although the availability of this service depends on approval from the healthcare organization performing the surgery, as well as the patient’s insurance provider. (Note: the cost of this assessment remains out of pocket, but insurance approval of your psychosocial assessment is necessary to move forward with surgery).

The process starts with an intake session designed to help understand what brings you to therapy. During this initial meeting, you'll discuss your concerns, background, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we will agree on a clear direction and set specific goals tailored to your needs. Following the intake, individual sessions are focused, collaborative, and structured to support your emotional well-being, with each appointment building on your progress. This approach ensures that therapy is personalized, goal-oriented, and empowering from the very beginning.
At this time, I am only providing telehealth services using a HIPAA-compliant platform called Doxy.
I maintain a private-pay practice and do not participate with commercial insurance plans. This practice model allows me to minimize administrative and insurance-related requirements, so that I can devote greater time and attention to clinical care. It also provides greater professional autonomy in determining the frequency, duration, and clinical approach to treatment without having treatment decisions influenced by insurance authorization, reimbursement structures, or other third-party requirements.I have intentionally chosen a practice model that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship, individualized treatment, and sustainable clinical practice. While I do not bill commercial insurance directly, you may still be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of the full therapy fee through your insurance company's out-of-network benefits. To make this process easier, I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that helps streamline reimbursement for therapy through out-of-network benefits.Mentaya may be helpful if you:Have out-of-network mental health benefitsFeel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance paperworkHave submitted superbills in the past but were unsuccessful in receiving reimbursementSimply want to avoid the hassle of navigating the reimbursement process yourself
This allows me to maintain the private-pay practice model that supports individualized care while giving clients an easier way to access any out-of-network benefits available through their insurance plan. Here's how it works: 1. Sign up for Mentaya: https://mentaya.co/inviteclient/o5jhB5CIBd2xvg5Y4CRd 2. The practice will enter your sessions into the platform. 3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up. 4. You get reimbursed by insurance. Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.Mentaya guarantees claims are successfully submitted, or they provide a full refund of their fees.
I accept all major credit cards, debit cards and HSA/FSA cards through a HIPAA-compliant and secure platform called IvyPay.
